Location: Remote / Hybrid (US-based)
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $80,000+)

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in nurturing inbound leads, generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and confident in selling high-value marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage warm leads – sell to prospects who have already shown interest in our services.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and challenges.
  • Present and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions (Primarily PPC and also SEO, Social Media, etc.) to decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a digital marketing agencyor related sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, Web Design, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident negotiator with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
  • Based in the US with the right to work.

Desirable

  • Previous experience selling digital services to SMEs or eCommerce clients.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
