About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, motivated, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our digital marketing team. You’ll provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business, while also assisting with basic marketing coordination tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy creative environment and has an interest in marketing, communications, and digital media.
Main Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support across the team, including scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and handling correspondence.

Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are tracked and met.

Support campaign reporting by helping to compile data and prepare client reports and presentations.

Maintain organised digital filing systems for client and project documentation.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and subscriptions (e.g. marketing tools, software licences).

Help coordinate marketing events, webinars, or client meetings.

Update CRM systems, databases, and shared drives with accurate information.

Handle client enquiries and liaise with suppliers, freelancers, and partners.

Assist with onboarding new clients and preparing contracts or proposals.

Support the marketing team with administrative aspects of campaigns, social media scheduling, and content planning when required.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Desirable:

Experience or interest in digital marketing, social media, or advertising.

Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar project management and CRM systems.

Basic understanding of Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics.
